Senior Product Marketing Manager - Voice & Digital Engagement
About the Role
Join us as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for voice and digital engagement at Five9, a leading provider of cloud contact center software. This fully remote role allows you to leverage your expertise in contact center technologies and omnichannel strategies to enhance customer experiences. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be the external "voice of the product," translating technical features into compelling customer benefits.
What You'll Do
- Craft strategic messaging that differentiates Five9 from competitors, targeting contact center leaders and driving sales throughout the funnel.
- Define and manage the go-to-market strategy for our products, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, and customer adoption.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to create impactful narratives, content, collateral, and training to drive acquisition and conversion.
- Conduct competitive intelligence research to understand rivals' strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop sales and customer-facing content, including videos and webinars that effectively convey core messages.
- Work with marketing teams to develop campaigns, demand generation, and website content.
- Collaborate with product management to understand product vision and upcoming features, effectively communicating externally.
- Represent Five9 at events, webinars, and other customer-facing activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, particularly in marketing CX, CCaaS, or AI technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing Management; MBA preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Adept at working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced work environments.

- Experience in cloud technologies and data analysis.
- Familiarity with omnichannel strategies.
- Knowledge of customer experience best practices.
