About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tutor Experience (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Preply. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the future of education by enhancing the tutor experience on our platform. You will have the opportunity to create impactful learning experiences for tutors and learners globally.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end tutor experience, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term success for tutors.
  • Drive tutor quality at scale by defining what “great teaching” looks like and embedding it into product systems.
  • Shape tutor behaviors through innovative product features that enhance learner outcomes and retention.
  • Make learning progress visible and actionable by building AI/ML-powered tools for tutors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver cohesive experiences across the marketplace.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and communicate strategy effectively to align teams on priorities.

Requirements

  • Solid product management background in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business impact in senior roles.
  • Experience with data analysis, including designing and analyzing complex A/B tests.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and retention mechanics.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products is a plus.
