Product Manager - Remote Role for Innovative SaaS Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager remote to lead the development and delivery of innovative products. This fully remote role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to define product vision, roadmap, and execution.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research.
• Write clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Manage product backlog and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Track product performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
• Lead product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams.
• Continuously iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3–7+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or tech products.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
• Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineers.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
