Senior Product Manager - Sports Analysis (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Sports Analysis (Remote) to lead our PIERO product line. This role is pivotal in ensuring that PIERO remains the top telestration system for sports productions and fan engagement. You will be part of a dynamic team at Ross Video, where we strive to create innovative solutions that enhance live event experiences.

What You'll Do

• Own PIERO’s product vision, positioning, packaging, and multi-year roadmap across the PIERO product family.
• Translate business objectives into measurable outcomes and quarterly priorities, focusing on venue growth and broadcast retention.
• Engage closely with customers to understand their workflows and turn feedback into actionable product decisions.
• Maintain a competitive view on features, pricing, and positioning to keep PIERO differentiated in the market.
• Define and evolve licensing and subscription offers in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams.
• Build business cases for strategic investments in AI/ML, data insights, and immersive replay technologies.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure the accuracy and quality of customer-facing content.
• Plan and execute product launches for major PIERO releases in collaboration with Engineering and Sales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B software related to broadcast or sports tech.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of sports production workflows and the needs of operators and producers.
• Experience in agile software development and writing clear product requirements.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical details for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong bias for action.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with product packaging and software licensing models.
• Familiarity with SDI/NDI/IP video workflows.
• Understanding of graphics pipelines and integrations.
