Dental Practice Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Dental Practice Manager to join our team at Zental, where you will lead our Barnet practice in a remote capacity. This role combines commercial awareness, operational excellence, and people leadership, ensuring outstanding patient care in a calm, high-performing environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team.
• Set clear expectations and actively manage team performance.
• Monitor and act on key KPIs including utilization, conversion, and revenue.
• Drive treatment plan uptake through strong TCO support and patient journey optimization.
• Oversee diary management to balance productivity and patient experience.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, including CQC.
• Manage cost control, stock, and budget oversight in line with business targets.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ management experience in a healthcare, dental, or multi-site environment.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports.
• A management-related qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a dental or private healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of practice-level financials (P&L, cost control, revenue drivers).
