Internship in Human Resources - Talent & Recruiting Focus

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Human Resources team with a focus on Talent & Recruiting. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting while working remotely and in our Heidelberg office.

What You'll Do

• Support our HR team in daily operations and exciting projects related to talent acquisition.
• Assist in creating job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage the onboarding process for new student employees and provide ongoing support during their tenure.
• Participate in various HR administrative tasks, including (pre-)onboarding and certificate creation.
• Contribute to the planning of our two-day onboarding events and other HR initiatives.
• Maintain our internal knowledge management tool (tts performance suite).
• Prepare presentations and HR communications.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field (minimum 3rd semester).
• Previous HR experience through internships or student jobs is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and enjoy creating visual presentations.
• Creative and structured in researching necessary information.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to work independently, meticulously, and take on responsibility.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR software or tools.
• Basic knowledge of German is beneficial.
