Senior Product Manager - Remote Position

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for our digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Asana, and Trello to manage product development processes effectively.
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to agile principles.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Mentor junior product team members and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Trello.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity or data privacy products.
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing and HIPAA compliance.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
