What You'll Do

• Analyze the online travel ecosystem, competitive landscape, and user requirements to inform product development.
• Conceptualize, launch, and optimize products and features, employing a data-driven approach to experimentation and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and UX teams to leverage cutting-edge technologies.
• Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Agoda’s overall business objectives.
• Work hands-on with SCRUM teams to develop engineered processes and technologies that enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on data analytics and quantitative methods.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and launching successful products in a global market.
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills, capable of breaking down complex problems and driving change.

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
