Senior Product Manager - Remote Mental Health Solutions

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to join InStride Health's mission-driven team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of our virtual behavioral health platform and ensure that we deliver exceptional mental health care for children and adolescents. This is a fully remote position that emphasizes collaboration and innovation in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, managing features from conception to launch.
• Act as a mediator between clinical, operational, and business needs to ensure alignment.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most impactful features are developed first.
• Conduct user interviews and usability tests to drive innovation and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to develop solutions that enhance our platform.
• Utilize data to support product recommendations and measure success effectively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the team.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the product development process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience, preferably in health tech.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product features.
• Strong collaborative and empathic stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in understanding system architecture and technical requirements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on adaptability and innovation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have

• Experience in pediatric mental health or related fields.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques.
