Senior Product Manager - Local Market & Growth for Latin America

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Local Market & Growth for Latin America to join our dynamic team at OKX. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our presence across Latin America, driving market growth, and enhancing the user trading experience. Your insights and strategies will directly influence our product offerings tailored to the unique needs of Latin American users.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and prioritize business and product opportunities specific to Latin American markets, focusing on regional payment rails, local trading behaviors, and regulatory nuances.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of the LatAm crypto and fintech landscape, including key competitors and macro factors influencing trading adoption.
• Develop go-to-market product strategies tailored to various user segments, such as first-time crypto users and active retail traders.
• Own and optimize the full user trading journey across both APP and WEB, ensuring a seamless experience from discovery to post-trade review.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for trading experience improvements, balancing global capabilities with local user needs.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback specific to LatAm markets to identify high-impact opportunities for conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to translate user insights into product features and improvements.
• Measure the impact of product initiatives through well-defined metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing products, preferably in trading, fintech, or crypto.
• Solid understanding of manual trading workflows across mobile and web platforms.
• Strong ability to translate user research and local market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
• Excellent product sense and attention to detail, with a history of shipping products that users love.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to prioritize and validate product hypotheses.
• Proven cross-functional leadership skills, aligning teams around a shared vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly.

Nice-To-Haves

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Direct experience in the Latin American market, understanding local user behaviors and payment ecosystems.
• Hands-on trading experience in FX, stocks, or crypto.
• Familiarity with technical analysis tools and charting platforms.
• Experience working in globally distributed teams with cross-regional collaboration.
