Vascular Product Marketing Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Vascular Product Marketing Intern to join our innovative team at Penumbra. This remote opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare marketing field while contributing to the planning and execution of ongoing marketing efforts for our vascular products.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the development and production of marketing literature and sales support tools.
• Support the Marketing Team in updating the Vascular website.
• Attend trade shows and meetings to understand the clinical use of Penumbra products.
• Participate in clinical data gathering and review activities to support publications and presentations.
• Conduct ShowPad Audits and recommend updates to the marketing materials.
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma with at least 2 years of college coursework in biology, neuroscience, business, or a related discipline.
• 1+ year of business, administrative, or marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Some exposure to digital marketing is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or medical technology marketing.
• Familiarity with clinical research and data analysis.
