Senior Product Manager - FinTech Onboarding Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager remote to join Flex, a rapidly growing FinTech company based in New York City. Our mission is to revolutionize the rent payment experience, making it more flexible and user-friendly. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our onboarding process and enhancing user engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly impact our product's success.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute Flex's product strategy focused on onboarding, optimizing for new user growth and retention.
• Monitor growth funnels and be responsible for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net New Users, Reactivated Users, and First Month Payment.
• Drive results through A/B testing and experimentation, ensuring that our features meet user needs effectively.
• Launch new experiences on both mobile and web interfaces, identifying opportunities and prioritizing product features.
• Act as the experience connector between consumers and the Marketing and Partner/Sales teams to drive user acquisition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of driving impact on consumer products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig deep into data and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, wearing multiple hats as needed.
• Experience in a rapidly growing B2B2C product is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile app development and user experience design.
• Familiarity with financial technology and payment systems.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
