About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager for Buyer Experience (Web) remote position at Etsy. This role is pivotal as Etsy's web experience receives over 600 million visits a month. As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape strategy and guide delivery for some of the highest-impact surfaces on Etsy. Your work will help transform how buyers discover, evaluate, and purchase items on our platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead product strategy for high-traffic consumer web surfaces, focusing on enhancing buyer experience.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and research teams to turn open questions into actionable experiments.
• Frame problems into hypotheses, deciding what to build and test based on evidence.
• Steward your squad's goals and metrics, understanding the funnel deeply to improve conversion and retention.
• Navigate platform tradeoffs across desktop, mobile web, and in-app browser.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shaping product strategy and delivering meaningful outcomes on high-traffic web surfaces.
• Deep comfort with quantitative analysis and A/B testing.
• Strong product perspective with the ability to articulate effective web experiences.
• Collaborative communication skills that build trust among team members.
• Genuine curiosity about marketplace dynamics and buyer/seller behavior.
