About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team at Brightflag, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-powered legal management platform. This Senior Product Manager remote position offers you the opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant impact on our product and the legal industry.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate daily with design and engineering teams to build and enhance our product.
• Engage with customers weekly to gather insights and inform product development.
• Prioritize the product backlog with a focus on delivering impactful solutions for our clients.
• Drive the Measure & Learn aspects of Lean Product Management using both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer support, success, sales, and marketing, to align product strategy with business goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools to derive insights.
• Proven track record in backlog and release management.
• Experience in building legal, finance, or productivity software is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
