What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process of the product, collaborating closely with engineers and customers to shape the user experience.
• Leverage product analytics and user behavior data to make informed design decisions that enhance usability.
• Contribute to the development of a scalable design system that maintains product consistency across various platforms.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, ensuring that the design evolves to meet user needs.
• Utilize your strong portfolio to demonstrate your experience in complex product UX, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Maintain a keen attention to visual details, including typography and spacing, to create aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Work autonomously while being self-directed, showcasing your ability to manage your time and projects effectively.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex product UX and design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience in building design systems.
• Ability to move fast, ship, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Curiosity about customer experiences and the ability to translate insights into actionable design.
• Strong understanding of data and analytics tools in the design workflow.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams.
• Self-directed and capable of independent work.
