What You'll Do

• Design and develop interactive web experiences that enhance user engagement.

• Create landing pages for B2B and B2C products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Utilize data analysis to inform design decisions and improve overall effectiveness.
• Work independently to manage projects from concept to completion with minimal meetings.
• Support learning and development initiatives with a yearly budget for professional growth.
• Participate in annual company retreats and team meet-ups to foster collaboration.
• Raise web design standards across the company through innovative design solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in designing interactive web experiences.
• Strong skills in visual design, UI, and interaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
• Experience with data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Comfortable with iterative design processes and feedback loops.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in design.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a remote work environment.
