We are looking for a talented Motion Designer - Remote to join our dynamic team at Welltech. What You'll Do

• Develop high-converting motion assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Analyze creative performance metrics to refine or sunset underperforming assets.
• Design motion content with clear performance objectives in mind, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with Growth Managers and Video Producers to translate campaign strategies into engaging creative concepts.
• Contribute to continuous creative experimentation cycles, enhancing our content offerings.
• Create dynamic transitions and typography that feel native to each platform, ensuring optimal user engagement.
• Monitor evolving platform trends and creative benchmarks to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing top-tier graphic design and motion skills.
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Snap ad formats.
• Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience using Figma as a collaborative tool.
• Ability to articulate creative decisions in the context of business goals.
• Fluent English with clear communication skills (B2 or higher).
• Proficiency in AI-driven workflows for ideation and production.
• 3+ years of experience in motion design within performance marketing.

Nice to Have

• Skill with expressions and Essential Graphics for creative testing.
