What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for interacting with digital minds, focusing on conversation flows, content uploads, onboarding, and complex configuration interfaces.
• Prototype rapidly in code using Figma and React to validate ideas and ship your designs to production.
• Map complex user journeys while understanding state, context, and edge cases.
• Bridge design and engineering by translating technical constraints into elegant user experiences.
• Define product features based on user insights, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in designing digital products with a strong understanding of design systems and component architecture.
• Deeply product-minded with a focus on user psychology, technical constraints, and information architecture.
• Comfortable with modern frameworks and able to prototype in code.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience with consumer experiences, understanding of incentives, game mechanics, and retention loops.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup environment or with entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Familiarity with typography and interaction design.
• Portfolio showcasing attention to detail in interaction design and visual polish.
