About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Graphic Designer for Paid Social Media Ads to join our dynamic team at Twine. This remote role focuses on producing high-impact static ad creatives specifically tailored for Instagram and Facebook audiences. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will excel at crafting visually engaging assets that drive campaign performance and enhance brand recognition.

What You'll Do

• Design multiple static ad creatives optimized for Instagram and Facebook paid campaigns.
• Ensure all visuals adhere to brand standards and campaign requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to iterate and refine creative concepts.
• Prepare final assets in appropriate formats for digital deployment.
• Manage feedback and revisions efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing static ads for paid social media, especially Instagram and Facebook.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant ad creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design tools.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of social media best practices.
• Comfortable working fully remote and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
