Mid-Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to lead critical identity workstreams for a Tier-1 international client. As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing secure access across hybrid and cloud environments. What You'll Do

• Identity Lifecycle: Own and enhance the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes to ensure zero access drift.
• Integration: Deliver seamless SSO/MFA integrations using SAML 2.0 and OIDC protocols.
• Governance: Implement and audit Conditional Access policies, RBAC models, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Cloud Security: Manage and secure identities within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Okta/Auth0 landscapes.
• Automation: Use PowerShell or Python to automate repetitive identity tasks and improve audit readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IAM with a deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SCIM.
• Certifications such as SC-300, AZ-500, or SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate are highly desirable.
• Full Professional Proficiency in English with the ability to translate technical security risks into business terms.
• Strong documentation skills and a commitment to building reliable and scalable systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud environments and security best practices.
• Familiarity with identity governance solutions.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages beyond PowerShell and Python.
