About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (Mobile) to join our dynamic team at Valtech. As a Senior Product Designer (Mobile), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital experiences for our clients. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to innovative projects that push the boundaries of mobile application design.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for mobile applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Create user-centered designs by conducting user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights that inform your design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results, ensuring that the final product is both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design, advocating for the user throughout the product development process.
• Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions, contributing to a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet user needs.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in mobile application design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile application projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Experience in e-commerce, travel, or banking sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to creating inclusive designs that cater to diverse user needs.
