Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on learning experience design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes, particularly in educational technology.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for enhancing user experiences.
