Senior Principal Control Account Manager - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Principal Control Account Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a Senior Principal Control Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing cost, schedule, and performance across multiple projects.

What You'll Do

• Perform Control Account Management (CAM) duties to ensure project objectives are met.
• Coordinate with technical leadership and cross-functional teams to manage project costs and schedules effectively.
• Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including customers and management.
• Monitor and control project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Support proposal activities and track budget actuals against predictions.
• Analyze Earned Value (EV) metrics and generate variance reports as required.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and perform schedule risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of applicable experience, or 6 years with a Master’s Degree, or PhD with 4 years of experience.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
• Previous experience in project management and/or control account management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver engineering outcomes.
• Experience with Earned Value Management methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Project.
• Excellent communication skills in a technical environment.

Nice to Have

• CAM Certification.
• Experience with Risk Management and Return to Green plans.
• Active In Scope DoD Secret clearance.
