Senior Power Platform Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design and implement advanced solutions that optimize business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365 ecosystems. This Senior Power Platform Developer remote role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications and automations while ensuring governance and maintainability. What You'll Do

• Build and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Leverage SharePoint Online as a foundation for data management and team collaboration.
• Apply ALM practices and manage solutions with CI/CD for streamlined deployments.
• Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable workflows and applications.
• Optimize functionality and usability of tools within the Office 365 ecosystem.
• Maintain and enforce governance frameworks for automation and process improvements.
• Use Microsoft Dataverse to design scalable data models for integrated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring on best practices across Power Platform tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for deployed solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of strong hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot.
• Demonstrated proficiency with SharePoint Online for data storage and collaboration.
• Background in ALM practices, solution management, and CI/CD pipelines for the Power Platform.
• Competency in turning business needs into secure apps, workflows, and automations.
• Familiarity with automation governance principles and frameworks.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and integration capabilities within business applications.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or its seamless integrations with M365.
• Experience with Azure Data Services.
