What You'll Do

• Oversee the processing of payroll data for Danish employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and verify employee data, including salaries, hours worked, and deductions.
• Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings, providing support to employees for payroll-related questions.
• Implement new payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of experience in Danish payroll or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all payroll processing activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with payroll software and systems.
• Knowledge of international payroll processing.
• Fluency in additional languages.
