Senior Network Engineer - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our team remotely and manage our network infrastructure. This role offers relocation support for candidates looking to advance their IT & Network Engineering careers. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will oversee the central Datacenter core networks, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and maintain core switches, Cisco ACI environments, firewalls, load balancers, and access switches within the central datacenter.
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of all network components.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of core network architectures for location-specific datacenters.
• Provide expert consulting support to tiered locations on network design and implementation.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of network access services to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Drive escalation and problem management processes, coordinating complex incident and problem resolution with internal IT teams and external service providers.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align solutions with their requirements.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network architecture or a related role, focusing on Datacenter Networks.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco FMC, and Cisco ACI.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) - minimum B2 level.
• Good communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• CCNP or equivalent certification.
• Understanding of ITIL practices and service management tools.
