Senior Mobile Software Engineer - AI-Driven Development

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Leadtech Group. This Senior Mobile Software Engineer remote position offers you the chance to take ownership of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms, utilizing AI tools to enhance your development workflow. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of over 700 professionals from various backgrounds, united by a passion for creativity and technology.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of mobile products, from architecture to App Store and Play Store release.
• Write production-quality iOS applications in Swift and SwiftUI, and manage Android delivery using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Utilize AI tooling to bridge platform-specific gaps, enhancing the development process.
• Maintain and evolve the AI development stack, including rules, skills, agents, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to define project scope and ensure predictable delivery.
• Make independent architectural decisions while working alongside Staff Engineers as technical partners.

Requirements

• Strong depth in native iOS development with a solid understanding of Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
• Proficient in Android fundamentals, including Kotlin and Play Store delivery.
• Demonstrated architectural judgment and the ability to design scalable systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor, Claude-Code, or Codex.
• Excellent communication skills to work directly with Product teams and set realistic expectations.

Nice to Have

• Product intuition with a focus on user experience.
• Experience in building or maintaining internal developer tooling or automation.
• Familiarity with lightweight backend development, including REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
