Senior Microsoft 365 System Administrator - Remote Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 System Administrator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will manage, secure, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on SharePoint Online administration and Intune device compliance. This position is crucial for maintaining a secure and user-friendly collaboration ecosystem that supports our company’s growth.

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, ensuring proper governance and user permissions.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Intune MDM/MAM policies and compliance rules.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Respond to helpdesk escalations requiring advanced Microsoft 365 and SharePoint expertise.
• Document procedures and create end-user guides to support adoption of new M365 tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration in a business or enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and governance.
• Proficient in Intune management and endpoint compliance.
• Experience with Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-102, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and PowerShell scripting.
• Background in regulated industries such as HIPAA or SOC 2.
