Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team at MOCA by ASI. As a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations leverage Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance their productivity and collaboration. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute to exciting projects from anywhere.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business needs and existing environments to provide tailored Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Facilitate functional and technical workshops focused on collaborative usage of Microsoft tools.
• Design and deploy solutions utilizing Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Participate in migration projects to Microsoft 365, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
• Define and implement best practices for governance and security within Microsoft 365.
• Create technical and functional documentation to support users and stakeholders.
• Guide users in adopting Microsoft 365 tools through change management, training, and support.
• Resolve incidents related to collaborative tools, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Stay updated on technological advancements within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on Microsoft solutions.
• Familiarity with Powell and ShareGate solutions is a significant advantage.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, Teams, Modern Work) are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and technical skills, with a sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Platform tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and DevOps practices.
