We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Circle K Ekerö. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work varied shifts and weekends alongside the store manager, assisting in daily operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about scheduling, staffing, and how to care for people while being involved in follow-ups and results. What You'll Do

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
• Learn about scheduling, staffing, and customer service excellence.
• Participate in Circle K's nine-month certification program to enhance your leadership skills.
• Engage in various tasks, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high level of service.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team spirit.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Swedish.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team player attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a leadership role within retail.
