About the Role

Join us as a Hospitality Housekeeping Host in a unique remote opportunity with Hong Kong Disneyland Resort! This role is essential in creating an exceptional experience for our guests, ensuring cleanliness and service excellence across our themed hotels.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of our 7 themed hotels, working alongside a dynamic team of 20 to 40 employees.
• Anticipate and personalize customer expectations, ensuring a high standard of service excellence.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience, embodying the spirit of hospitality.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including walking and standing for long periods, using stairs, and carrying heavy loads.
• Work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors, to maintain the hotel's cleanliness.

Requirements

• Dynamic and enthusiastic personality with a keen interest in customer relations.
• Previous experience in hospitality is ideal but not necessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in French (B2 level) and English (A2 level); a third European language is a plus.
• Possession of a valid B driving license for over 2 years.

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of additional languages.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from €30,000 to €40,000 per year.
• Up to 6 weeks of vacation per year and additional fractional leave.
