Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechatronics Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and FEA software.
- Strong understanding of motion control, dynamics, and actuation systems.
- Experience with project management and leadership in engineering projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Beckhoff PLC and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of energy storage and power generation systems.
