About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical & Structural Engineering Manager to join our team at Boeing Ukraine. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead engineering and technical activities in the field of Mechanical and Structural Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will manage employees and mid-level managers, develop integrated organizational plans, and guide the development of business and technical strategies.

What You'll Do

• Manage and motivate a team of engineers and technical staff, ensuring high performance and effective communication.
• Develop and execute organizational plans, policies, and procedures to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee technical approaches, products, and processes, providing guidance and approval as necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to foster collaboration and trust.
• Drive process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, focusing on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, or Material Sciences.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production environments.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a management role.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
• Experience in problem-solving and developing corrective action plans.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management and self-managing projects.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality systems (e.g., AS9100).
