About the Role

We are looking for a Germany Market Lead (Growth & Strategy) - Remote Opportunity to join Deblock, where we are building the first bank on-chain: simple, non-custodial, and human. This is a unique chance to be the operational engine and local face of our expansion in Germany. As a Germany Market Lead, you will report directly to the Founders and VP of Marketing, acting as the bridge between high-level strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution. You will own the "Trust & Growth" engine for the German market.

What You'll Do

  • Lead go-to-market execution by localizing the global playbook for the German market.
  • Develop omni-channel creator strategies to build scalable partnerships with influencers across finance, tech, and lifestyle verticals.
  • Identify and close strategic partnerships that resonate with the German consumer, such as local tax tools and banking integrations.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for Deblock, representing the company on podcasts, TV panels, and at industry events.
  • Manage the initiative to acquire local trust signals by registering with consumer programs and obtaining local certifications.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in Management Consulting or Investment Banking, followed by hands-on experience in a high-growth B2C startup.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models, decks, and project plans.
  • Deep understanding of B2C marketing, customer acquisition funnels, and brand building.
  • Public speaking versatility, comfortable presenting at conferences and negotiating contracts.
  • Experience scaling consumer apps or fintech products in the DACH market is a plus.

  • Experience navigating German regulatory nuances or consumer protection hurdles.
  • A growing network of contacts in German fintech, media, and local payment platforms.
