Senior Marketing Designer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team at Fundraise Up. This Senior Marketing Designer remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading fundraising platform that is transforming how nonprofits engage with donors. You will play a crucial role in developing and evolving our brand’s visual ecosystem, ensuring that our storytelling resonates across various channels.

What You'll Do

• Develop and evolve the brand’s visual ecosystem, including the website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Create engaging graphic content and illustrations, leveraging AI tools to enhance production workflows.
• Produce materials for conferences and events, including merchandise, booth designs, and motion videos.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels.
• Utilize your strong illustration skills and advanced proficiency in Figma to create compelling designs that communicate our brand values.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communication or brand design.
• Strong understanding of how design solves business problems and communicates brand values.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up workflows and generate assets.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including working with complex gradients, shadows, and lighting.
• Experience designing websites and a solid understanding of landing pages and marketing funnels.
• Conversational English (B2) is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in creating presentations and designing for offline events.
• Basic motion design skills, including building simple animations.
