• Manage the contract lifecycle, including e-filing and using tools like IronClad for contract management.
• Conduct legal research and assist in the resolution of contract disputes.
• Provide support in mergers and acquisitions by reviewing relevant contracts and documents.
• Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documentation to ensure easy access and compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing best practices for contract negotiation and management.
• Utilize your expertise in SEO and content marketing to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of our marketing agreements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in marketing contracts and legal compliance.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and data privacy regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat PRO, with experience in contract management software like IronClad.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with digital authority concepts is a plus.
