Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to join our team at Agoda. This remote opportunity allows you to drive revenue growth and manage strategic partnerships across our global network. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our B2B distribution channels and ensuring sustainable growth for our chain partners.
What You'll Do
- Own revenue growth for a portfolio of strategic chain partners by setting targets and joint plans.
- Manage senior partner relationships and commercial governance, including running QBRs and aligning initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional programs to ensure successful execution of strategies that drive measurable impact.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and opportunities, recommending actionable insights.
- Innovate and optimize processes to enhance scalability and partner performance, driving repeatable impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management, or business development in a B2B setting.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partner portfolios and cross-functional execution.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior audiences.
- Highly structured operator capable of managing multiple priorities and executing through ambiguity.
