Senior Manager of Global Accounts - Remote Opportunity

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Global Accounts to lead our efforts in managing key accounts such as Adidas and Puma. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive profitable sales growth and brand management across the Central European region.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the management of Global Accounts, ensuring profitable sales and gross margin targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to drive new Thread specifications and strengthen existing ones.
- Conduct monthly sales audits to analyze performance and ensure compliance with global contracts and specifications.
- Act as a liaison between Coats’ source market teams and Global Account headquarters to enforce nominations and drive new business.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customer profiles and seasonal production schedules to enhance forecast accuracy.
- Regularly monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative marketing strategies to increase market share.
- Prepare presentations for senior executives and manage CRM data at the global brand level.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a commercial discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience in brand development and sales management.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing strategic account plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the textiles or fashion industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
