Senior Manager, Insurance Product - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Insurance Product - Remote to lead our innovative insurance product initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing product development, managing cross-functional teams, and driving market strategy to enhance our offerings in the insurance sector.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product management team in developing and executing product strategies that align with business goals.
• Utilize data analytics and market research to inform product decisions and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and SQL.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches and driving customer retention.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and user experience design.

Nice to Have

• Experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Familiarity with actuarial analysis and insurance pricing strategies.
• Background in consumer technology and B2C products.
