We are seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial performance and KPI tracking.
• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership, highlighting key trends and actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience with executive communication and presenting financial insights to leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
