Assistant Store Manager - Retail Management

About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the ONLY store in Valdichiana. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. As an Assistant Store Manager in retail, you will coordinate staff management, monitor performance, and promote growth within the team.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate staff management, including scheduling and training, to ensure optimal store performance.
• Plan and organize store activities based on priorities, staff availability, and sales targets.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to develop marketing strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Ensure customers receive the best shopping experience by adhering to company values and guidelines.
• Maintain an attractive store environment by effectively merchandising products and displays.
• Identify trends and provide relevant insights to the Store Manager to drive sales growth.
• Organize and execute events to attract visitors and generate store traffic.
• Foster a dynamic and proactive team environment focused on achieving sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or 3 years in retail management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proven experience in team leadership and development.
• Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions based on sales performance.
• Excellent customer service orientation, regardless of circumstances.
• Ability to identify market trends and recommend relevant actions to the Store Manager.
• Good command of English, B2 level or higher.
• Experience in a premium brand is a plus.
