Senior Manager, Community - APAC Region
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Community (APAC) to join our fully remote team at Huntress. As a Senior Manager, Community, you will be responsible for leading our regional community strategy and acting as a high-visibility liaison within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the cybersecurity landscape while working remotely from Australia.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a growth plan for high-value accounts in the APAC region in collaboration with global Community Leadership.
- Lead special projects to support global business initiatives and identify opportunities for geographic expansion into new APAC markets.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to align company-wide programs with the needs of APAC MSPs.
- Act as the internal voice of the APAC partner base, synthesizing feedback and strategic opportunities for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain a high-value presence at APAC industry events and external channel communities.
- Engage high-value prospect accounts and support the revenue team in bringing them into the sales cycle.
- Oversee educational events focusing on cybersecurity trends and business expansion for partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with MSP owners and industry peers, ensuring they view Huntress as a strategic partner.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Community Management within the MSP industry.
- Strong public speaking skills, with the ability to influence executive-level partners and MSP owners.
- Deep understanding of the MSP/Channel business model and the cybersecurity landscape.
- Exceptional time and project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex initiatives independently.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, including international travel to the US 1-2 times per year.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cybersecurity products and services.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
