Senior Influencer Marketing Lead - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Influencer Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing our influencer marketing strategy, turning influencers into a scalable acquisition channel. What You'll Do
- Design and own our global influencer strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across various tiers, building long-term partnerships rather than one-off posts.
- Oversee outreach, negotiation, contracting, timelines, and delivery of influencer content.
- Develop clear influencer briefs that effectively communicate our value proposition and drive high-performing content.
- Build systems for tracking performance metrics such as CAC, retention, assisted conversions, and brand lift.
- Experiment with different formats, influencers, and narratives to optimize our influencer marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with founders and the Growth team to align influencer campaigns with product launches and key narratives.
- Support paid search initiatives and think strategically about how our brand appears in AI-driven search tools.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Hands-on experience executing influencer campaigns in the US or Europe.
- Proven ability to scale influencer marketing from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of internet culture and what drives influencer conversions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing budgets effectively.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to brief influencers and internal teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in early-stage or fast-growing startups.
- Familiarity with paid acquisition strategies, SEO, or growth analytics.
- Experience building affiliate or rev-share influencer programs.
