Senior Human Resources Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager remote to join GeologicAI, a global leader in rock and resource analytics. This position is pivotal for supporting our explosive international expansion and will allow you to work directly with our leadership team. As a Senior Human Resources Manager remote, you will help us attract, develop, and retain top talent in the highly competitive tech-mining intersection.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed HR function, including in-house recruiters and regional HR professionals across multiple countries.
• Manage recruiting efforts for specialized technical and senior professional roles, collaborating with business leaders to create detailed job descriptions.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks tailored to our multidisciplinary teams.
• Partner with the CFO to develop competitive total rewards programs, including salary structures and incentive plans.
• Oversee proactive workforce planning and change management initiatives to support our rapid international growth.
• Create scalable HR policies and processes that align with our innovative culture while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Support the implementation of back-office systems to optimize global HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or CHRP/CPHR designation preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Experience in fast-growing technology or natural resources/mining companies is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in performance management, total compensation design, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and exposure to European compliance requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience leading distributed or international HR teams.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and ERP systems.
