What You'll Do

• Lead the configuration and management of HRIS systems, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
• Provide executive support through effective calendar management and project oversight.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
