Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR coordination or related roles, with a focus on remote work environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR technology, including HRIS and ATS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to employee well-being.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
