What You'll Do

  • Lead the visual strategy and creative execution for high-visibility campaigns, ensuring that your designs drive action and shape public perception.

  • Manage asset production from concept through delivery, ensuring quality control for all graphic outputs.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of graphic design experience, with a proven track record in leading complex design projects.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of production processes for print, digital, and environmental graphics.
  • Ability to interpret strategy into bold visual work that resonates emotionally with diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to social impact work and campaigns that advance participation and awareness.
