Senior Graphic Designer - Remote Contract Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in a fully remote contract position. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering assets across various marketing channels, including CRM, in-app surfaces, and paid media. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in brand-building and growth-focused design.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver high-quality assets for marketing campaigns while managing quick-turn timelines.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to create compelling design solutions that effectively communicate new features and benefits.
• Establish and evolve the visual direction for DashPass, working with cross-functional partners to translate strategy into guidelines and templates.
• Create organized, non-destructive design files that facilitate easy iteration and adhere to best practices.
• Build engaging presentations and decks, presenting your work to stakeholders with a strong rationale supported by data and design principles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on expertise in creating impactful content across web, email, ads, presentations, and campaign assets.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects.
• Ability to articulate and defend strategic design decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
