About the Role

What You'll Do

• Produce executive-grade design across various formats to support corporate communications.
• Refresh corporate design materials to align with our evolving brand identity.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive template suite for presentations and reports.
• Apply strong information design principles to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Prepare print-ready artwork for events, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Manage design requests within defined timelines, maintaining efficiency and quality.
• Establish asset governance and workflows to streamline design processes.
• Contribute to performance updates and recommendations for design improvements.
• Support internal enablement sessions, enhancing team capabilities.
• Coordinate with marketing and events teams to ensure cohesive branding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, particularly in producing executive-level presentations.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work.
• Knowledge of print production processes and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and brand sensitivity, ensuring all designs align with our mission.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
