About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager - Remote to join our innovative team at Varicent. In this role, you will enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue success through strategic initiatives and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead business operations to optimize revenue success.
• Manage preparation for leadership forums and Town Halls.
• Support OKR execution and operational rhythms.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide project management support for key initiatives.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements in execution quality.
• Prepare materials for executive and board meetings.
• Support a diverse and innovative team environment.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in business operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to prepare executive-level materials.
• Experience with OKR systems, preferably Lattice.
• Strong project management skills.
• Data-oriented mindset with experience in metrics.
• Clear communication skills and ability to influence.
• Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM and ICM systems.
